- Report a violation of the smoke- and tobacco-free campus policy by an identified employee. A letter will be sent to the employee with information about the policy and how to comply. Multiple reports about a single individual may be brought to the attention of the employee’s supervisor.
To report a violation of the tobacco-free campus policy by an identified student, complete an incident report through the Office for Community Standards.
